Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026 (last updated: July 2026)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alyria, LLC marketing website at alyria.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is not the product. These Terms cover this informational website only. Your organization’s access to and use of the Alyria platform — Constellation, Beacon, Umbra, Lyra, Spectra, and the Observatory console, including any signup, trial, or paid subscription — is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), order form, and Data Processing Addendum between you and Alyria, LLC. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, they control for the platform.
Use of the Site
You may view and use the Site for lawful purposes — to learn about Alyria, contact us, and request a demo. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure, except through our coordinated vulnerability disclosure process.
- Introduce malware, scrape at a scale that degrades service, or interfere with other users’ access.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the Alyria name and marks, and the celestial module identities (Constellation, Beacon, Umbra, Lyra, Spectra, Observatory) — are owned by Alyria, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for open-source components released under their own licenses, these Terms grant you no license to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content. Open-source components are governed solely by the license accompanying them.
Submissions
If you send us information through the Site — for example a contact message or feedback — you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve our business. Do not send us confidential material, secrets, or credentials through the Site; see our Privacy Policy for how submissions are handled.
Forward-looking statements
The Site may describe roadmap items, planned capabilities, security certifications in progress, and product positioning. These are provided for information only, may change, and are not a commitment, warranty, or contractual obligation. Binding commitments about the platform live in the MSA and any applicable order form.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our documentation, status page, open-source repositories, and the Observatory console. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alyria, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alyria, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms we will revise the “last updated” date above; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alyria, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any MSA or order form may specify its own governing law and dispute-resolution terms for the platform.
